Raiding Information:

25 Man Raid Times:
Tuesday, Thursday & Sunday
6pm – 9pm ST

Note: Unlike most raiding guilds we do NOT raid 5-6 days a week. This will be the schedule; however times may run slightly later depending how things go. We may also decide to run additional days of the week, depending on the circumstances.

LOOT:
DKP – Purchase system.

Casual Raiding Policies
Since this guild is a Raiding Guild first, all policies directed at personal behavior are also polices we hold for the guild as a whole.

Preparation & Performance:
All raids will start on time. Every person who has signed up for the raid, and made the roster is required to be ready 15 minutes ahead of time, at the area where that raid will begin. Food and flasks are required for bosses, and also be 100% repaired before the first pull. Make sure to bring plenty of reagents as well.

We do expect everyone who has made it into our raids to not only be alert and make intelligent choices, but also to learn from their mistakes. Mistakes will be made, making a mistake is ok, it's learning from it that's important.

Attendance:
Casual raiders must maintain 60% Guild Organized raid attendance to hold their position as a raider. If at any time you will miss a scheduled raid, you must inform the guild leadership of your absence. We are a small guild, so every member counts. Poor attendance, and worse, no-showing to a raid you signed up for will quickly remove you from your slot as a Raider in this guild. We will understand as long as there is good reason, but repeat offenders will be handled accordingly.

Attitude:
Rude behavior will not be tolerated; there is a difference between constructive criticism, and being an asshole. Please keep that in mind before you start with name calling. If you think someone is a nub it is best to keep it to yourself. If you really need to tell someone send a PM to your BFF, keep it out of raid and guild chat.

Please keep raid time serious, we want to have fun, but we will not accept people in our raid that are continuously disruptive, and cause wipes due to lack of attention. If you can play and goof off at the same time, good for you, but don’t be a fool and cause someone else to be distracted.

Casual Required Mods

  • Deadly Boss Mods or Bigwigs
  • Omen
  • Grid – For healers
  • ORA2
  • PallyPower – for ALL paladins

*This list is subject to change, mostly for any additions to the list. Any changes will be announced.

Trial Raiders:

Trial raiders are allowed to sign up for any Guild Led raid during their trial period. The roster will be completed with veterans and members having first priority to a raid slot. However, trial members may be given preference to create a balanced raid.

Trial raiders are allowed to create a raid sign up listed under the member led raids section of our forums. However, the raid must not be current content or on a guild led raid night. The trial raider will be responsible for then filling out the roster, and organizing the raid.

<Casual> Loot Policies

Currently Casual is focusing on 10 man Raiding until our ranks grow to the point we can successfully enter Heroic Raid instances. At this point, all of our raids are handled on the basic /roll rules. Following is our standard loot priority:

Loot Priority:
  • 1st Priority – Main Spec/Main Armor
  • 2nd Priority – Off Spec/Off Armor (must be able to equip)
  • 3rd Priority – Non-Raiders and Trial Raiders

All other loot will be disenchanted, and all shards will be donated to the guild bank. Shards and other loot gathered during the raid (such as Freya's alchemist only loot) will then be donated to the guild bank for our raiding members to assist with the success of future raids

DKP Seeding:
At the time that of our first 25 man Ulduar, all of our current raiding members (Member status, or higher) will be granted DKP equal to the amount of one full raid, without Hard Modes. (The amount of DKP is still TBD)
This is a one-time allowance, and will not be available to new members after this is awarded.
